Back in Black... '98 Reunion Success!

Ahh... the sigh of relief... the reunion is over & it was sooo fun! Seriously - after all of the work & stress, I almost wondered if I would even get to enjoy it. But I totally did. And I think everyone who attended enjoyed themselves too. We had 100 attendees. The place was decked out in everything black & gold. The food was delish. And everyone was totally into my cheesy games. I love it! Success!

And before the pictures, I must acknowledge my amazing & talented friend Angie. We were senior class Co-Presidents. And have been a total team on this thing from the start. I have loved reconnecting with her & in the world of "being-stuck-doing-reunions-for-the-rest-of-your-life", there is no one I would rather be stuck with than her. Love ya Ang!!

Here are a few pics:

Blake was so very proud of you and said that you were "front and center" a great leader. He said that everything ran like clockwork and that the games were fun and included everyone.

The food was great, decorations fun, people appreciative of all your hard work and happy to be together.

It was nice to see you with your friends. I am sure that Heather was grateful that you would fit her into your busy schedule.

You are amazing, Maren. You are an example of the Lord handing out ten talents and you have worked to develop 100. I wish I had your energy and your organizational skills.

Love your social skills and the way you relate to others. People are important to you and you have many friends.

Take care and slow down for a week or so. You deserve a break

Love, Marilyn

Maren, I'm so glad that it is over for you! It looks like you and Angie did a really nice job. I am so sorry I couldn't come. Kevin is in his final year of dental school in Virginia and the funding was just not there. But I hope you know that my thoughts were there with you and everyone. Hopefully someday we can catch up.
